Okay, after hours of work spent on trying to get a safe saving system in Unity3D's inspector I might have just done it. Right now I have a functional window that will set all ProD variables for your dungeons and the data will be kept safe in a prefab inside project folder. I already tested playing the game, shutting down Unity and all sorts of different stuff and the saving seems to work fine. Now the time is making a simple script that places the prefabs in the ProD window on your map. I will also include a 2DTexture option for those who want old school top down tiles.
